LILYOO began with my lifelong fascination with nature’s inherent ability to heal and restore. As a chemist, I was drawn to the space where botanical wisdom meets scientific precision studying ingredients, understanding skin biology, and exploring how nature’s most powerful elements could be transformed into thoughtful, effective formulations.
For years, I became a trusted resource for friends and family searching for solutions to their unique skin concerns. What began as curiosity grew into countless hours of research and formulation, always seeking the balance between efficacy and gentleness.
Then, the science became personal.
After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism, my own skin changed dramatically becoming fragile, severely dry, and prone to cracking and irritation. Products that once worked no longer provided the comfort my skin needed.
Faced with a problem I could no longer solve simply as a consumer, I returned to what I knew best:
FORMULATION SCIENCE.
Driven by necessity. Unwilling to compromise.
