Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Lilyoo experience. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to
make it right:
 Returns: We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
 Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and
in unused or gently used condition.
 How to Initiate a Return: Please email our team at info@lilyoo.com with your order
number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return
shipping label and instructions.
 Processing: Once we receive your returned items at our facility, we will inspect them and
process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for
the funds to reflect in your account.
