Lilyoo was founded by a chemist with a lifelong fascination for nature's remarkable ability to heal, restore, and protect.

From an early age, I was drawn to the extraordinary power hidden within botanical ingredients  the calming properties of calendula, the nourishing richness of plant oils, and the transformative effects of nature's most potent extracts. Yet as a scientist, I also understood that nature alone wasn't enough.

I believed there was an opportunity to bridge the gap between ancient botanical wisdom and modern scientific innovation  to take nature's perfect design and elevate it through evidence-based, meticulously crafted formulations.

That belief would eventually become Lilyoo.

A Personal Journey

For years, I became the trusted resource among friends and family searching for solutions to their unique skin concerns. I spent countless hours researching ingredients, understanding skin biology, and refining formulations that balanced efficacy with gentleness.

But my mission became deeply personal when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.

Almost overnight, my skin changed.

It became fragile, severely dry, and prone to painful cracking and irritation. Products that once worked no longer provided relief. Many conventional formulas felt harsh, ineffective, or overloaded with ingredients that seemed to do more harm than good.

Faced with a problem I couldn't solve as a consumer, I returned to what I knew best  formulation science.

Driven by necessity and an unwillingness to compromise, I began developing products that combined the restorative power of botanical ingredients with the precision and reliability of scientific formulation.

The results were transformative.

And in that moment, I knew these formulas needed to become something bigger than my own personal journey.

Lilyoo was born from the desire to share this union of nature's gifts and scientific integrity with others searching for skincare that truly supports the health of their skin.
